the other day it said the same thing but said the 12th instead. Anyone know why?

Probably because their system is wonky and is updated erratically at best. We got the card production ordered notice on line dated November 12, but the card came in the mail on the 14th, so I'm sure they ordered production earlier than that. Now I can no longer click on the links to the individual cases, so if our AOS ever shows a touch, I won't be able to find out if it is his approval or an RFE or just someone at USCIS taking out our file as rest room reading material. Which is still less frustrating than not even being able to see your case on line at all, so I can't really complain, but it still begs the age-old question: #######?!?!???

Jundp---no, you don't sound whiny. This process is frustrating.

Maad---it sucks that it isn't until January, but you know, it's probably better at least knowing it is coming up that far in advance than having to wait another month for them to even schedule it.

It's really cold here on the [whole chain of expletives deleted] prairie.

As someone pointed out, right click on the case number and select Open In a New Window in the menu. Works like a charm.

He has been throwing away all our bank statements, bills, etc...

I'm sure you could get copies of all the bank statements on your bank's website. Worst case scenario: call them and request another copy in the mail.

Same goes for your bills. Everything is gonna be just fine.

Good luck.

Aww, the bolded bit is sort of romantic! But it isn't going to work! You should get one more bank statement and one more bill for each type of utility in the next month. I'd suggest having a file or something where you could save all of those. Other things you can bring (if you have them) would be plane tickets/itineraries showing that you have traveled together in the time you have been married, pictures (do you have a wedding album yet?--if not, others will work), a copy of your lease or deed to your house with both names on it, anything from your employer showing you've added him to your benefits (that you can probably get a copy of from your benefits coordinator), and any cards or letters you have gotten addressed to both of you. As long as you have at least one of each of a few different types of evidence that you are intermingled, I think you will be okay.

Of course, we are still waiting for AOS too, so I'm not speaking from experience. You might want to ask this outside of the thread to see what people who have already had their interviews think (if you haven't already, I mean).

Congrats, I looked at your timeline and saw there was almost 2 months between your application and biometrics. Is that due to any RFE's? If not, your case would be a perfect representative for a end of July case, transfered to CSC.

I agree here. You can get hard copies from the bank or you can print out your statements from online banking.

So all my whining....P left for his INFOPASS appointment and I went to work...and got the email saying his EAD was approved. Ooops.
