Interview letters are sooooo far from my mind right now - I always assumed I'd get my EAD/AP before that even came into the picture but maybe I'll have my GC before EAD/AP

Nothing online, wasn't expecting it but I check once a day anyway - I just know that the one day I don't check I'll be approved or something... hmm... maybe I *should* stop checking

Owel - off to Vegas tonight then to Colorado tomorrow after a lovely drive through Utah I'm keeping busy cleaning the house, tidying everything up so when we get back it is all nice and clean and we can just chill Just need to clean the bathroom (ugh - that's always the worst part ) then I can have a shower, do some laundry and make some sandwiches to put in our new cool bag

I want my damn interview letter NO.....W!!!!!!!!!

I wanted too... so about three weeks ago I did write to USCIS MSC a nice, apologetic but firm letter demanding explanation what's happening with my case since despite all the recommendation to check its status on-line, my case doesn't exist there.

Today I received a letter from them:

Glad to hear you got your card today. I got mine yesterday. Very happy about that. Very blessed.

I'm doing well. Just anxious about our interview now, it's coming up in 3 weeks and my husband is in between jobs now. Hopefully both him and I will be working by then. I am probably going to have to bring in a new I-864 with the new employment and income info. I hope there are no problems with that. I can't wait to get it over with.

You're probably going to get your letter soon. Other than that, how have you been? How's your husband?

mailed to NBC POBox 648003 in MO using USPS NDA letter with signature delivery.

what I wrote it basicly statement of facts with copies of all NOAs I got,

plus several screenshots from their web pages stating to chceck status of application on line

and a screen shot of query of my application not existing on line,

with suggestion to forward it to Washington, DC in case they cannot find it either.

Very politely of course but also very demanding. It is my money, I bought your service so let me know what you are doing for me.

Of course on the end of this letter there is a paragraph; that if I don't understand etc just go on-line and check the status of my case (automated of course but extremaly annoying.... this thing I will discuss later on with proper people)

Could you give me a copy of the letter, so I can do it? I don't understand about the last paragraph.

Awesome! She should be getting it soon.. Most of us are getting it withing 10 days of production, I noticed.

It's so frustrating to still have nothing on EAD! P has his third interview tomorrow with the same company, and we are very hopeful he'll get the job...but it's over 90 days and NOTHING.

Grrrr.....he's got an appt at the Seattle office Tuesday to find out if they can expedite the EAD. Wish us luck!
