I feel like starting a thread made only for COMPLAINTS! A thread for staying sane while waiting for USCIS to approve our petitions, whatever they are. A thread to help us keep sanity! For expressing frustrations when we get the e-mail saying "We have sent you a REQUEST FOR INITIAL EVIDENCE", and other #######...

I know...nobody said the visa journey is going to be an easy one...

THIS IS FOR PEOPLE THAT FEEL FRUSTRATED, FOR PEOPLE THAT FEEL THE NEED TO COMPLAIN, AND CRY OVER THEIR RFE'S !!!!

FEEL FREE TO EXPRESS YOURSELF! IN ORDER TO STAY SANE!

Patience. RFE's can be nervewracking, especially when you think you've sent everything. In our case, we got an RFE for something that we had already sent. It's crazy I know...but we just sent it again. That's all you can do. If it's for something you forgot, send it. If it's for more proof of this or that, you just do it. I understand the frustration...but really what can you do but comply? At least at this stage you are with your spouse...you're able to wait out the AOS phase together. That's what we kept in mind as we waited...and waited...and waited...

That's not true, there's also Immigration-Information, which has many immigration-related fora (where you can also do so). Edited by CherryXS

Visa Journey is the most knowledgeable forum I've seen yet.

Others seem to be asking questions that VJ considers basic and its people are (mostly) aware of from the beginning.

Plus there is a nice community of people here. :)

Yes I feel you Joanna&bobby. I'm getting paranoid with the whole waiting game and the idea of "what ifs". -_- But as what karencee said "but really what can you do but comply? " if there's RFE's. Anyways, I'll just try to distract myself and do something! hehe like studying for my upcoming nclex-rn exam. :reading: Good luck and let's all hang in there! :clock:

How true. I spent 30 months in the process with an I-601 waiver. I'm not a patient person, but I learned to be, the hard way!
