Of course, I am optimist my nature, so I think VSC will move in full force after the H Visa deadline that was recently announced. Not much work is required on those visas after this deadline as the lottery process is very automated.

Personally, I think that it makes sense that VSC will show more approvals for spousal visa (for US Citizens) starting August.

I wanted to know what you all think and why. VSC has been known to defy all of our known predictions before.

I am in same boat as you are and being optimistic. I hope VSC start approving peitions left and right. I am crossing my finger. :dance:

Jul 30th is just a deadline I think to submit petition for eligibility before April 2009. They still have to adjudicate those petitions that are selected in the lottery. Am I way off here?

I remember people kept saying May was going to be the Vermont FLoodgates open month. But May came and barely anyone got approved. Last 2 months most approvals were expedites. I just dont believe anymore

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

This is such bull$hit, I seriously want to meet a guy in charge of denying/approving expedites.
