thats about the ratio of K1'S to K3'S,... but what burns me is the k1's that are filed way after the k3's and are getting approved first. thats the part that sucks the most

The ratio I see per igors list is less than 2 to 1 K1 to K3. So by that ratio, there should be about 5 NOA2s for K-3s at Vermont for last week to the 10 K1 approvals. This isn't that big of a deal, but if you go back and look at the last 20 approvals on that list, it really looks bad. Also, look at the NOA1 dates for approved petitions K-3 vs K-1. K1s are at least 30-60 days ahead. VSC just is just not really doing K-3s right now for some reason.

And before a K-1 filer jumps all over me, I would be just fine if they approved 5 K3s for every 10 K1s, since that seems to be the ratio there. I am not even saying K-3s should take precedence over K-1s. It would just be nice if they were given equal resources, which is obviously not the case.
