Hi,

My husband has not received interview letter yet, his interview is on 5th august.

I have recevied interview letter on his behalf and I've sent him that interview notification letter, Will that be sufficent or he require the duplicate copy from New delhi Embassy?

Kindly suggest.

Dear Petitioner:

This is in response to your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa application (XXXXXXXX).

Beneficiary has been scheduled for a visa interview on August 5, 2008 at 7:00a.m. If at the time of his interview, he is found to be documentarily qualified and not otherwise ineligible, we will process his case for visa issuance. Notification of this appointment was sent to beneficiary as per his mailing address in our records. Should beneficiary not receive his appointment letter three weeks before the interview date, he may collect a duplicate copy of the appointment letter from the Embassy’s information window (number 1) on any working day between 03:30 and 4:30 p.m.

Even my husband has not received his part of the interview letter.. I scanned my copy of interview letter and send to him.. Didn't have any trouble during medical.. I am sure it will be fine since your husband has copy of the letter..

Yeah I just called NVC to ask about my own issues with Postal in Lebanon. They told me that the reason they sent both Petitioner and Beneficiary the letter is just in case the letter doesn't get to the Beneficiary, there is always the Petitioner's copy....

Yeah I just called NVC to ask about my own issues with Postal in Lebanon. They told me that the reason they sent both Petitioner and Beneficiary the letter is just in case the letter doesn't get to the Beneficiary, there is always the Petitioner's copy....
