Timeline

Will the fact that I resided in the us for three years on extended visa(no overstay),have any affect on the k1 visa.Also the fact I was denied entry at poe and recently at the us embassy????

Your K1 should not have affect due to no overstay..but we need more info. Why was you denied at POE and US embassy? On what circumstances?

I returned to the us only two weeks after I left and tried to enter on the vwp which poe said I was not eligible,one I returned to london the first avalable appointment was three months away in july. They denied me saying I had not been in my own country long enough but I was not excluded from applying again

Given the above information you supplied it will have no impact on your K-1 visa. Don't worry about them not letting you in this time....for the reason you stated, it will not affect your petition.

I love my fiance will the goverment question my motives more then others,because of my history and long stay in the us????
