yeah i saw that flyer before but i was reading through the package i got from the embassy here in kingston and for the most part they said they use the full frontal view photograph but wen i went further in the package i saw where they stated that for immigrant visa i should have a "3/4 frontal view with the right ear clearly visible"

Kingston hasn't updated a lot of its forms in the packet. When we got the packet we found quite a bit of conflicting information. We used full frontal pics and we got through just fine with them. Good Luck! :star:

Mailing it is fine. It might take a little longer to get in the system but it should be ok. I see that you have access to the internet so in the next week or 2 I would try emailing the embassy to confirm they recieved the DS-230. Its worth a try! Sometimes they are really good at emailing and other times they are slow. You can also try calling but I would give them about 1-2 weeks to process. After that you should be scheduled for an interview. We have noticed that the interviews seem to all be scheduled at the beginning of the month for that months interviews. If they get your DS-230 I bet you could have an interview by next month or April at the latest!
