I know that it's too early to ask this since I still don't have my case # but is it ok to ask temporary EAD at the Port of Entry? My POE if ever will be San Francisco. I'm planning to apply for jobs in the San Francisco office of our company even if I'm still here in the Phils. and if ever they will hire me they might ask for EAD.

you can ask for it, but it's only good for 90 days from entry and then you'll have to quit the job.
