We are approved again on our I130 petition..though they display it late in the uscis site but we have the same date approved with our I129F...Good luck again to your journey fellow vj'rs.

I just wanted to let everyone know!! I just got off the phone with VSC with great news. Both my I-130 and I129F were APPROVED !!!!!! I hope others will be approved this week also and this only the beginning of many more to come.

I130 - NOA1, Feb 27, 2008

I129F - NOA1, March 10, 2008

I130 - NOA2 (approved), October 27, 2008

I129F - NOA2 (approved), October 27, 2008
