Just walk-in. Check their website for the time allocation for signing of this kind of affidavit. i believe it is (very) early in the morning.

I was wonder if when you go to the us embassy in Manila to get a affidavit to marry do you need to have a appointment or is it a walk in, first come first serve?

Any help would be appreciated.

01-24-2014 Received NOA dated 01/14 in the mail

02-20-2014 1st Service Request created for delayed biometric appointment letter

03-01-2014 Received 'yellow' letter in the mail
