Good, I'm glad all was taken in stride.

I was only able to afford 1 visit beings that I'm a mom too. It's not easy to accomplish. I do know that the more "real time" you can spend with each other...the better the embassy will see the relationship. I also know that they will want a lot of proof after the marriage so the more time you can spend with each other after marriage, the better.... We didn't have much time together and it was definitely noticed at the interviews... Ok, that's all I have for now.. I'm sure I'll think of more things as the day goes on..

Hi Brenda...I hope that things will work out in the long run...as long as you will keep the relationship honest and be up front with the USCIS about the reasons behind decisions that were made in the past you guys should be fine...This forum is great...but one has to be careful as to what they read and how much they get affected by what is being written...during my process I had moments that VJ would exhaust me emotionally and I had to take breaks from reading to much into things...but this is how I take things...As for traveling I was able to make 3 trips...each on for 10 days...they were great experiences and I would not trade them for anything else...Financially they have strained me great deal as oversees travel tends to be costly but I felt that I needed that time with Jamal for my own peace of mind as well as to make my case as strong as possible since I tend to worry way too much...but I know that it is not easy for a lot of people to be able to travel due to personal or professional circumstances...so as you can see there is never an easy or right answer to questions regarding this process...as one of the ladies said all cases are different...Best of luck and if you have any questions...post away ...we are here to help and give support...most of the time ;)
