12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

You always find true love when you're least trying to look for it :)

That's the way it would seem based on what I've witnessed so far on VJ, so I thought I'd ask the question and see whether the stats support it!

Aug 30, 2006 :Interview in Atlanta & got RFE for I-693A! OUCH!!!
November, 2006 :I-693A Sent. The waiting goes on...
April 4, 2007: Infopass & it doesn't help at all!!!
April 18, 2007 :Contacting our Congressman.
May 18, 2007 : E-mail rcvd, Welcome Notice Sent! Finally!!!
April 22, 2007 : E-mail rcvd, GC has been ordered
April 24, 2007 : Welcome Notice Rvcd. Yeeehaaa!!!!
June 1, 2007: GC arrived! Yippy! USCIS Free for 2 years!
2008: Moved to China
2009: Conditional GC Expired and Husband has been having affairs since 2008 in China. Can't file for ROC since he got laid off. He came to Jakarta to live with me and my parents. He got a new job. Life resume to normal or so I thought.
March 2010: Officially separated after yet more affairs exposed just a day after my birthday!

February 2011: Officially divorced.
June 18, 2011: He married the girl he had the last affair with.

August 2014: I am engaged with my real soulmate. Not an American.

I was on again/off again with a guy for 5 1/2 years when I met Daniel. So I was definately not looking but glad I opened my eyes when he came around. We met at work (I work in a machine shop....traditionally mostly men) and even though I was covered in dust, dirt, grease and grime, he still thought I was attractive...just goes to show you...true love can be blind ;)

June 19th, 2006 - I129-F sent via Fedex (courtesy of my Honey's work) to arrive using next day delivery

Mid- July - Found out I129-F never left his company but is lost there.....need to gather and try again

August 2006 - Still waiting...maybe not the I-129F route anymore

I had broken off my last relationship about 4 months previous. I had my daughter living with me so I was just killing time chatting on yahoo. I ended up in a Canadian sight (not even sure how LOL) but she messaged me. And the rest is HISTORY. :dance:

I had been trying online dating off and on for almost 2 years, and had just gone on a really nice trip with a grilfriend during which I had decided I enjoyed being on my own surrounded by good friends and didn't want to date. I decided to pull my ad. Lo and behold, when I got home and went to pull it, there was this email from someone who seemed interesting....

09/26/06 - received at NVC

09/27/06 - forwarded to consulate

20/11/06 - visa in my pocket!

14/01/07 - POE

13/04/07 - marriage

27/04/07 docs sent in for AOS, EAD, AP

26/06/07 - biometrics appointment

02/17/07 - AP and EAD arrive

03/03/08 - Infopass - where the heck is my AOS interview?? No one knows!

was actually seeing 2 guys and was about to choose one of them for a long termer....met sofyan, kicked both guys to the curb 2 days later...they both couldnt figure out what was goin on in my head...lol

Filed DCF in Jordan from 7-05 to 3-06, Approved for I-R1.

Immigration Free until 2008.
