"On April 25th, Acting Associate Director, Domestic Relations, Donald Neufeld released a memo making some minor revisions to the naturalization process. Specifically, now the English and civics test may be administered by for the actual interview process as opposed to during the actual interview. Further the test must be administered by designated and trained professionals."

Memo can be read at:

None of these changes were in effect at St. Paul and didn't read any changes by other posters that recently had their interview.

Found some of the questions they should ask during the interview amusing.

Q. Have you had additional children since you filed your application?

A. Yeah, about ten of them, one child for each year I have been waiting for a name check and for each A# I have been assigned.

Q. Have you been deported?

A. Yeah, that is why I am not here.

I have read about it, but I don't see the change yet from people's interview review story other than trainee...

There was a couple of people, who had interviewed with boss-like interviewer and trainee.

USCIS is large organization, and it is slow to adapt any kind of new change.

I'm not surprised that interview officer look at N400 application file first time when they interview the people.
