College after arrived to the States?

Hello! I was wondering if I could get college classes after entering the States on K1 or K3 Visa...just curious! =D

The answer is: It depends on the college's admissions department's policy, Also if the college is state sponsored, you may be subject to NON-Resident rates.

It varies by state, but often you have to be a resident in your state for at least one year to get the "resident tuition" prices. If you attend as a "non-resident", you usually have to pay 3 times the regular tuition.

My daughter was able to attend at the resident tuition prices because she entered the US in September 05 and started college in September 06.

Well, some schools will not allow you to - or will subject you to non-resident fees.

How to proof that someone is a resident in his/her state for one year ? My name is on the title of the property for almost 2 yrs but I am still waiting for my green card.

There's often a form to fill out to prove residency. Contact the college/university to find out what their requirements are.
