Should I worry for NO2?

Hello everyone!

I filed my paperwork for K1 on February 11 2008 and I had my NO1 on February 20 2008. After that, On April 7 2008 I filed on USCIS website the adress change and it was reflected on my portfolio as "Last updated" (I assume it was touched). Since than, I did not have any touches. I see everyone in front of me already has NO2, even some people who filed in March have NO2, but my case still was not touched. Should I start to worry and try to call to CSC or I still should be patient and continue to wait?

Also, if I am not an american born citizen, I am naturalized in USA, should it affect somehow on the waiting time?

This is a list of people still waiting at CSC. You will find there are still some with your NOA1 date waiting. Keep in mind there are probably several who have just not updated their timelines. :(

Here is a thread with other February CSC filers.

I have no idea if being Naturalized will slow things up at all. There are all kinds of levels of checks so it could be anything.

Most likely they will tell you that you are still within the processing times listed on their website but it doesn't hurt to call...maybe you'll get a nice operator. ;)

I didn't go thru CSC but I'm a naturalized citizen, and that didn't cause any problems it seems on how fast the case went.
