Hello everyone :) I just had my Interview today July 30..i was at the USEM an hour before my appointed time which is 8:30am...

Here are my experience:

STEP 1:

Fall in line at the USEM gate entrance and presented to the security my Appointment Letter and 2 Valid ID's.Then was asked to get inside..coz im an under Immigrant Visa,so i just followed the BLUE SIGNS.

STEP 2:

When i get inside the USEM,i was told to sit down and waited for an intsructions given to us.i waited for a while until the security told us to fall in line at the booth where we'll get our TICKET or STAB NUMBER.

STEP 3:

When i was on the line,i presented to the lady on the window my APPOINTEMENT LETTER,2 2X2 PICS,DS-230 1&2..She gave me a stab number and im on 6053..( Note:Your number wont be called accordingly,so make sure to really pay attention on what number you're having..)After getting my number,i went to sit down again and waited for awhile for my number to flashed on the queing board.

STEP 4:

When my number flashed on the board,i was assigned to go to Window 19..I was assigned to an old Pre-screener but nice and comfortable to talk to :) Pre screener asked me:

MY FULL NAME

HOW DID I KNOW OR MET MY HUSBAND?

WHAT WEBSITE?

HOW LONG HAVE WE BEEN MARRIED?

WHEN DID WE GET MARRIED?

Then he let me fill up some things on my DS-230 which i didnt fill in or didnt fill in right  hehehe then let me sign them.

After that,he was asking for my daughters' CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH ABROAD AND US PASSPORT.Then asked me to gave him some PROOF OF RELATIONSHIPS: PICS,WESTERN UNION RECEIPTS,PHONE BILLS,EMAILS..

He looked at the pics and he smiled and said, " You really organized your pics here, huh" then he smiled.

After that,he told me to take a seat and wait for my name to be called for the FINGER PRINTING/SCANNING

STEP 5:

I was called for my FINGER PRINTING/SCANNING..It was a bit odd though coz when its my turn to computer wont work so the lady told me to sit down and she'll call my name again in a little bit.And you know what? all other applicants were able to do their FINGER PRINTING/SCANNING..hehehe...But anyways,i was still able to did that though it just took me like 10 minutes to wait for her to call me again..hehehe

Then after a minor computer problem but then was still able to finished with it.Then after that was asked to sit down again and wait for my number to flashed for my final Interview with the Consul.

STEP 6:

6053 flashed on the board and I stand up and go the WINDOW 32.I waited outside the room coz there's still an applicant inside also having an interview..As soon as she went out the room,i was asked to get in.As I get in,i saw that its a Lady Consul and young and nice B) I didnt sit down but i greeted her first with "Good Morning" then she looked up at me and smiled and greeted me back and told me to sit down. She was still typing something on the Computer so it was a moment of silence at that moment..hehehe

Then finally, she's onto my papers looking at them..but before she asked me some questions, she first raise my right hand and took an Oath the "Everything i said are true" Then she start asking me questions which are mostly ask by the Pre-Screener:

MY FULL NAME

HOW DID I KNOW OR MET MY HUSBAND?

WHAT WEBSITE?

HOW LONG HAVE WE BEEN MARRIED?

WHEN DID WE GET MARRIED?

Then she asked some additional questions about my co-sponsors which are my In-Laws..She asked how old are they and was really not prepared for that coz i really forgot how old are they but i know they're on their 60's..so what i just said was that my Father n Law is 65 and i told her honestly that i forgot how old is my Mother n Law but i said " I know she's on her 60's"hehehe

she didnt comment on that though :) Then after that, she told me to go back outside and that they'll just be calling my name again..hehehe..I really didnt understand what she meant with that..I thought what she meant was that i will be called for another interview with her again  So,what i did was asked the lady in there to explain or let me understand what the Consul really meant..hehehe..Then,she told me to go back to seat and my name will be called for the RELEASING SECTION AT WINDOWS 37 & 38..

STEP 7:

My name was called at Window 38 and she just asked me where have i been coz she'd been calling my name several times..Actually,i heard her calling my name when she announced it on Mic saying," Last call for Lisette Lehman at Window 38" I really get in there immediately..hehehe...I said Sorry and told her that i really didnt hear her called my name the first time...hehehe..

But anyway,i saw her stippled a pink slip on my Appointment Letter and i was really happy coz i know that's something good  then she gave back to me the PICS,RECEIPTS,EMAILS,PHONE BILLS...and told me to pay for the Visa Delivery Fee :)

STEP 8:

I get in line to pay for delivery fee and guess what guy who was there beside me :wow: ITS DINDONG DANTES

We also got finished paying Delbros at the same time..

I was able to let him sign my purse...hehehe

Hey,i told my husband about that,ok.. (L)

Well, that's it guys for my Interview Journey..I was supposed to meet Richelle ( egwegwegwegwe...) but we wasnt able to..hehehe..Anyway,i would like to Thank God first for everything that He's done for us.Then 2nd,would like to Thank my Honey for the support he always gave me( I Love You,Honey) 3rd,my parents,my family,my in laws who's been very supportive on our journey and Praying for us..

And lastly,i would like to Thank my friends,to all VJ's Ruby(rubchett) Jenny(higantetingting) Richelle (egwegwegwegwe) and to the rest of the VJ's who helped me with their post, topics and shared some experience which gave me more knowledge regarding on what i have to do for the preparations and everything..THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK!!!!

AND ABOVE ALL,THANK GOD!!!
