I know that we need PCC. Do we need PCC from Police Station and or from Passport office.

If from pastport office, then it's police clearence form passport office?

I'm kinda confused.

I have my husband to get one PCC from police station, do we also need from passport office?

Plz answer asap.

Thanks for all help.

Rajaa_Reda PCC is Police Clearance Certificate which you have to get from district police station and also from local passport office. Unless Applicants whose passports were issued within six months of the visa interview may present just the passport office certificate.

Since you file in Dec 2007, you have passed 7 months. Average time (may be useless estimate) for I-130 is 6 to 9 months. Some folks are lucky to get early and others are unlucky to wait. I feel you should hear something in Aug/Sep...
