Good morning,

Update.... Tony called me this morning to tell me that the Embassy called his neighbor (one of his contacts on his contact form, don't know why they didn't call his phone but WHO cares right?) to say that he should come to the Embassy on September 3rd at 1:00 p.m. :dance::dance::dance:

I'm so excited, I can hardly stand it!!!

09/03/08 - Visa Approved!!!!!!!

09/10/08 - Picked up visa

09/20/08 - Arrived in the US - WHOOOOHOOOOO!

12/06/08 - Wedding

01/12/09 - AOS sent

Thank you all so much! By the grace of God, he will receive his visa this time!

I do find it very interesting that I faxed a letter to my Congressman's office in Washington, DC on 07/23 complaining about the lack of follow thru and minimal efforts being taken by his staff in my local office. I received a phone call from his office in Washington yesterday and today my fiance' get's a call today. Coincidence??? possibly. I scheduled an appointment with my Congressman (not his staff but him) for Aug 5th during the call yesterday. I still plan to attend as I have plenty to discuss with him about his office and more importantly about this process as a whole. May be a waste of my time but.... he needs to hear and see for himself that these are real people's lives that are being affected by this messed up process. OK, enough with my soap box, lol.

Praise God! At the end of the day, it is only His will that will be done.
