I NEED HELP DEBROS

im still confuse about debros and NSO why do we have to wait for the document form NVC to arrived in manila..is Debros going to review the documents? sorry guyz i have a lot of question. i just want to make sure im in the right track thank you

As pink said, you can pay DV if you have the case number already but then paying so far in advance have its disadvantage also. After you have paid and texted delbros and they have confirmed your payment, they will inform USEM about your payment. USEM will then check your file (your MNL will be the reference) and then send verification request to DELBROS.. Delbros will then send this verification request to NSO and after verification, they (NSO) will then send the result (CENOMAR) to USEM.

How can USEM check your file in their system (using your MNL case) if your case is not yet with them, how will they know that your case even existed? .. so your payment info might just be shelved for awhile while they wait for the papers bearing that MNL case to arrive and be encoded in their system... and by the time your case arrives a lot of applicants have also paid DV and what happens to your payment info? it gets burried and they will only remember it when interview comes and your verification result is not yet with them (since it was not yet started) and then you give them the receipt bearing the date of payment etc... and then they will then start the DV for you... and worst.. they might not even start DV till after several weeks of not getting news, you decide to call and inquire about your case.

There are many cases whose verification payment details have been buried and the result is, they get stuck under DV AR for several weeks (even months) after interview before they get the visa. So for me, it is not really wise to pay too far in advance. A month before interview is ok as long as your papers are with USEM already.

sorry if i wasn't able to explained it thoroughly but wat i was trying to say is that yes you can pay DELBROS anytime once you already have MNL Case Num but it is better to pay once your case has already arrived the USEM. if USEM say that your papers are already with them, then, they will suggest for you to pay DELBROS at least a month before your interview date.

i paid DELBROS when USEM told me that they already got our papers. my timeline is in my signature

Shaman, just my sisterly advice there are lots of ample threads in VJ about delbros aspect. Kindly browse and do extensive research, I am certain you'll get answers for everything. Research is the best way to gather facts and data’s. Logic and common sense likewise are needed sometimes to understand simple things only. Don't worry too much you'll be fine. did you text delbros already to inform them about the payment you made? if not follow this :

After the document verification fee is paid, please text Delbos at (0917) 5555­-313 and key-in as follows [iN ALL CAPS]: USE/CASE NO./LASTNAME, FIRSTNAME MIDDLENAME/BRANCH NAME/DATE OF DEPOSIT/TIME OF DEPOSIT/AMOUNT DEPOSIT

For example - USE/MNL123456789/DELA CRUZ, JUAN PABLO SANTOS/MANDAUE CITY/11NOV2007/11:45AM/PHP1300

after you text them you'll get 2 replies from them:

FIRST TEXT: Informs you that they got your text

SECOND TEXT: Confirmation about the payment you made.

So that was what happened to me. I already payed Delbros long before I got interviewed last July 18 but they said that to further process my Visa they still need to do some Verification of there own. And the lady at the last window asked me if I already payed Delbros and asked me for the bank receipt. People in the embassy needs to fix this process.

someone is asking me about debros and i dont know what to say thats why i created this thread so people will gather and shared their experienced. and thank you for those who enlightened me enought to deal with debros.

I can follow simple things and do the research as well, but I was confuse about filip's and pinks response. First pink said I can pay with mnl case no which i have the MNL case already. Fili said I have to wait for the case to be in Manila. Then pink said she didn't explain it well because she forgot to put in her previous response. I should wait for the documents to be in Manila before the payment and that's what I'm going to do.

Like I said, I created this thread for those in the process of debros. I've received a personal message and some one told me they didn't do the document verification ahead of time. After her interview, she has to wait another 1 month for her documents to verify because some member dont have any idea what it is.
