hi there guys. what is debros? please enlighten me... when do i have to pay for debros? do i have to wait for the letter from the NVC? my case is been approved already july 14,2008 and my husband interview schedule will be on Sept 29, 2008? when is he time for me to pay them please help me thank you in advance...and where do i have to pay the bill and how much is it thanks

Delbros is Courier company in PI.

Somehow that have got in bed with the USEM.

They deliver your Visa from USEM to your residence.

Here is the kicker:

They are also a major part of the Document Verification and this part is where all the wheels seem to fall off the train.

Seems like many people are having Visa Delay due to Document Verification

DELBROS is the courier for USEM. They are in charge of visa delivery and also facilitating document verification payment and transmission.

Your husband can pay anytime but it will be better if he will wait until he is sure that your papers have reached the USEM.

yes, and this is the account name: Delbros International Logistics, Inc.

when your husband go to any local metrobank, it will not help if he would ask metrobank people how to pay DV coz there are still a lot of metrobank employees who are not aware of this doc verification, some would even say that they don't accept payment for document verification. He could just go to any metrobank branch and then fill up a deposit slip (the blue one) and then put in all the details needed and then give it to the cashier and then text delbros afterwards.

Is the NVC will send me a letter indicates the bill ? No, actually you can already pay DELBROS once you already have your MNL Case number and once u call USEM, they will advice you to pay DELBROS at least a month before your interview.

yes i read it already. but im still confuse who will verify the documents. dbears said i need to wait for the documents to arrived in USEM manil, but pink said its okay to pay now as long i have the MNL?

As pink said, you can pay DV if you have the case number already but then paying so far in advance have its disadvantage also. After you have paid and texted delbros and they have confirmed your payment, they will inform USEM about your payment. USEM will then check your file (your MNL will be the reference) and then send verification request to DELBROS.. Delbros will then send this verification request to NSO and after verification, they (NSO) will then send the result (CENOMAR) to USEM.

How can USEM check your file in their system (using your MNL case) if your case is not yet with them, how will they know that your case even existed? .. so your payment info might just be shelved for awhile while they wait for the papers bearing that MNL case to arrive and be encoded in their system... and by the time your case arrives a lot of applicants have also paid DV and what happens to your payment info? it gets burried and they will only remember it when interview comes and your verification result is not yet with them (since it was not yet started) and then you give them the receipt bearing the date of payment etc... and then they will then start the DV for you... and worst.. they might not even start DV till after several weeks of not getting news, you decide to call and inquire about your case.

There are many cases whose verification payment details have been buried and the result is, they get stuck under DV AR for several weeks (even months) after interview before they get the visa. So for me, it is not really wise to pay too far in advance. A month before interview is ok as long as your papers are with USEM already.

Just my 2 cents worth.
