Hello everyone!!!!

I have just one more question to all of ya. Like I said before my AOS was rejected 2 times by now and I really need to get it over with. My hubby sent I-130 for me back in april and never received a NOA thats why it is so many problems in my life noe

Anyways, I was trying to make an infopass appointmet for him so he can go and try to figure things out for me but the only one they have available is on a week where my hubby goes in refresh course and he just can`t take a day off, no moe available dates till the end of august ;( So, the question is can I go myself??? I`m afraid because my visa is expired and I really don`t want to get in trouble.

I know that this doesn't answer your question and I understand your concern about going to an immigration office with an expired I-94, but why didn't you file the AOS together with another I-130? It looks like they lost the first one and you really should have attached the missing NOA to your AOS package. I know it's another $355 out of the pocket, but some compromises are worth making for the sake of getting things done.

Maybe someone can advise you, who has gone through the experience of showing up at an immigration office with an expired I-94.

When we filed I-130 we didn`t know any better. I didn`t loose my NOA1, I never received it. I cannot just file AOS with another I-130 because one is already pending. Cancellation of the first one is going to take time. My hubby wants to hire a lawyer to figure this whole thing out so money really not an issue. I`m just not a kind of person who gives up. It is a way to file my AOS for me now and I will find it.
