My fiancee and her five year old daughter originally had their interview scheduled for the first week of June. Her daughter had pneumonia and did not pass the physical. She was given medicine and told to come back on July 28th. I then called the embassy and canceled the upcoming interview. The daughter just passed the medical yesterday July 28th. St. Lukes rescheduled her interview for August 1st at the embassy. My fiancee told them that she did not have her paperwork ready for the interview. I was holding it here just in case it took so long for her daughter to pass the medical that some of the paperwork was outdated. I just sent it today. It will arrive August 1st or on the 4th. St. Lukes told her that she must attend the interview on the 1st. I just called the embassy. They were of no help. They told me that only St. Lukes could change the appointment because they were the ones that scheduled it. The number that I have for St. Lukes is either busy or when I try to connect to an operator, nobody answers. Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Thanks Ryan! I got through at 524-6083 on the first call. The woman was unable to help me though. She told me only the embassy could reschedule it. The embassy told me that only St. Lukes could reschedule it. This is fast becoming a nightmare. Thanks for the good advice though.

I just called back the embassy again. I got a really nice operator that took care of my problem for me. We have a scheduled date of August 14th. Also, I wanted to let everyone know that I have called the embassy on the same pin number at least 6 times now. I remember reading once that a pin number was only good for two or three calls. Apparently that is not true.
