Ok, I looked for the info here but can't find it. On the papers I received, they say that the processing time is estimated at four to six months from receipt of the checklist at their office to the interview date. Is it really that long? I cannot believe I'll have to wait another six months

If you click on the chart in my signature, you'll see that the average wait is around 2-4 months, so it's definitely a bit of a wait, but not six months.

I can add you to the chart if you want to PM me your info!
