Anyone know typical response to a request to meet co?

told the consulate i wanted too meet the CO and they gave me this response:

Thank you for your inquiry. In response to your request to see an officer, please be informed that as our standard practice, when a request for an appointment is submitted by a Petitioner who is physically present in Vietnam, the request will be reviewed by a consular officer. The officer will then make a decision on the request according to the nature of the case. Please note that there is no guarantee that a request will be approved after submission. Even when an appointment is made, it does not necessary mean that the process of that case will be given priority.

Please note that you should be able to present the items already requested stated in our last response.

If you have further inquiries, please do not delete your original email and please include the complete case number (HCM XXXX-XXX-XXX) in all correspondence.

typical? i am going in with or without appointment, but i thought i would go this route first. i gave them dates i will be there are insisted i will stay there until i meet someone. preferably guy who did the interview. cant read the handwriting so its hard to see the name. gonna be civil, but very firm in my determination to see the CO. i dont want to get crazy and get thrown out or something. i just feel its my right as a taxpayer to get due process. they wont even respond to my fiancees e-mail, or letters.

Suggestion: Bring an American flag with you and wave it around (and demand justice!), if they don't want to see you.

I will stay all day if i have to. i will tell the i a gonna be there until i see someone. i just feel its my right. they don't want to give my fiancée the time of day , but i am a pissed of American seeking justice.

The response you got is normal. You follow up and be persistant but poilite. They know they have to see you but they can do it on their terms. You just have to make them see you sooner than later.
