Hello,

I have just found out I have an RFI on my AOS/I-485 (doh!). I dunno what it is yet - but I will probably post for help when it arrives in the mail. I was wondering if that will affect the processing of my I-131 (EAD) and I-765 (AP). Any ideas?

Thanks!

Uh oh - spaghettios!!!

I need my AP by the last week in August, and would really like my EAD asap.

I called the USCIS hotline to find out what is missing in my application, but they don't keep that level of detail on file. Any ideas on if I can find out what the problem is now, rather than wait for the RFI to arrive? If the AP is on hold, I need to get it processing again as quickly as possible - need to be back in England at the end of August for my father who has a long term illness.

P.S: I also asked the USCIS guy about whether my AP and EAD are on hold, and he tells me no. In addition the USCIS status webpage only tells me the AOS is on hold (the AP and EAD are still pending). Who is correct?!!!

Thanks

Thanks for the replies!

My guess is that my DS-3025 got rejected.

Can I still use a I-693A, or do the new rules mean I'll have to get a I-693? I remember reading that the rules change August 1st (My medical was done in May this year).

P.S: Anyone recommend a civil surgeon in MA who will just do a vaccinations record transfer without any issues?

Thanks
