just a quick question, i have been looking at the dates on the USCIs website regarding lifting conditions on Conditional resident.

My papers were transfered to California from Nebraska my receipt date is february 16th 2006... does any of you been approved.

My husband, daughter and I are planning to go to France to visit my family. I got my passport stamped in april.

Also is it possible for me to travel abroad even if I' m waiting for my GC.

thanks for your answers

Well, it's a good sign it was transfered. At least they are processing at CSC. NSC stopped. You still have a wait in store, I imagine. But, at least it should be processed in the near future.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

You may want to add your dates in this list. But yours will be the oldest case :(

If you have a stamp, it shouldn't be a problem, although some people have experienced some inconvenience and even harassment in the airport when they came back.

Also, you have to be prepared to come back in a short notice IF you are called for an interview.

My family is also planning a trip to my country this summer but I'm reconsidering it after reading some posts.

I think you should be fine traveling abroad. Most likely, your case is simply still pending; even if they send you a RFE or an interview notice, you will have some time to respond/show up. Just make sure that someone is checking your mail while you're away. If you want to be extra super safe, make an Infopass before you leave to make sure that nothing is amiss. I traveled abroad a couple weeks ago with a pending I-751 (I know, my wait is nothing compared to yours!) and had no issues.
