hi think u have to submit an authenticated marriage certificate from NSO, but u can check at the DFA websites about the requirements to apply/renewing or ammend passport for married name. about G325-a i put my new middle name as the last name i used before. u have to input all the details that same with your passport that u will going to use.

we sent our non nso marriage cirtificate with our I-130, my wife put her last name as her new middle name as is custom. You just need to make sure all your paper work will match up at some point.

hello,

I'm worried, can anyone help me, I applied for I-130 petition for my husband still in the Philippines. I went back here to U.S. just this MAY and we have only been married for 1year. Although we filed our I-130 petition last year, I red the info in Uscis that a receipt # was suppose to be sent to me and along with a NOA(NOTICE OF ACTION)..Still, I haven't received the notice of Action..How will I know for sure that It has been filed..I mean the petition has been ongoing for about a year now and still no NOA. How long is a K3visa ?About how long should we wait not seeing each other?Would it take years?HOw many? Do I have to file the Affidavit of Support right away?
