I have seen a lot af CSC approvals for K3, CR1/IR1 and K1 (I am happy for those who got approvals though). I was just wondering what is happening? Does it mean that VSC filers are less fortunate? :(

If all those who filed ahead of us are not getting approvals yet, does that mean that we need to wait ages? :crying: My goodness! If only I could transfer our case to CSC!

I promise to love you in good times and in bad, with all I have to give and all that I am, in the only way I know how -- completely and forever......

LOL!!!!!!!!! You are joking, right!!!??????????? CW, don't you know that people like Miss Yoko have been waiting more than 5 months for that approval!!?? People filing thru VSC are only waiting two or three months - count yourself lucky!!

God knows I wish I could transfer my case to VSC.

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Well excuse me, I'm sure!! It's just that having perused this site for the last couple of months, the VSC processing times struck me as being significantly quicker than those of the CSC. However, you seem to know something I don't, so thank you so much for putting me straight in such a succint manner - snotty mare!!!!!

I think that Vermont is quicker for K1s at the moment but it's definitely not for CR1/IR1 which is the visa the OP was mainly referring to I think. VSC is a long way behind CSC for us.

Why do you have to call names? We are all just waiting, waiting, waiting. My application has been at VSC since November. Where is the couple of months you speak of? I understand your frustration but there is no need to be calling people names.

sasha, based on ur timeline it appears that u r completing 6 months in a few days...once ur 6 month mark hits, call USCIS and DEMAND to speak with a supervisor...tell them that USCIS promises that they will try to approve the case in 6 months and that u have waited ur time and that u need an answer now and right now!! DEMAND them to look at your case as you have paid money not to sit and wait but to get an answer ASAP....
