That was fast!

Got to love the fact my wife was preggy and even with a RFE @ NVC she was still here in under 5 months!

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX

The first and only touch was 7-24, no e-mail, no online update, still says " pending".

Approval received by US Mail, dated 7-24.

Never know what to expect from USCIS, but now I would recommend watching your mailboxes too. Might not be an e-mail or online update.

was "touched" 7/21, after that, NOTHING.. then got my NOA2 in the mail 7/25. just like that, out of the blue! still pending on the website.. never got a letter from CRIS.. but who cares? all that matters is that hard copy of the NOA2!

CONGRATS!!!! hope you will fly through NVC!

I-130 Timeline:

5/13 : NOA1

7/21 : NOA2 - APPROVED!!!

NVC Timeline:

7/25 : Case # assigned

9/30 : Case completed!!!! (THANK YOU, LORD!!!)

10/03: Interview date assigned

US Embassy in Manila:

10/30 : Paid Document Verification (just to be on the safe side)

11/12 - 11/13 : Medical at SLEC

11/18: INTERVIEW DATE/MANILA EMBASSY/0630AM - VISA APPROVED!

11/20 : Visa in hand! (that was fast!)

11/30 : Flight to USA!

Life in America:

11/30 : POE:LAX

12/04 : SSN issued - 12/13: card received in the mail

12/04 : "Green Card" issued - 12/13: card received in the mail

NOVEMBER 30, 2010 : CR1 expires
