Transferred to USCIS district office

I got a new I-551 passport stamp today and I was told that my I 751 application was transfered to the local office. The SRC number in my passport is changet from the previous one, is that a type or is it right after transfered to a local USCIS office?

I have no valid information about interview or not, but it has to be a reasion to be transfered to the local USCIS office, and the new SRC#. The new number is not valid for USCIS case update. So from now on I have to wait for mail.
