my wife has submitted all required documentations to NVC and the process has been completed.

Right now she is waiting for a visa interview date.

i was just curious if all K3 visas are approved and if not why would they denial any visa (what would reasons for a denial be for a K3 visa)

K3 visa is when you are married to a US citizen

Any visa can be denied, if the counselor officer feels that evidence of a bona fide relationship is week.

You say evidence submitted to NVC, sounds more like you are CR-1 or IR-1.

ALL visas can be denied. Scammers try all different ways to get a GC in the US including marrying someone, staying with them until they get GC and then dumping them.

People also get paid to marry and bring people into the US. Espcecially bringing in relatives of richer immigrants.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

A Visa can be denied based upon many different factors such as stated above - it aint over till its over!

Hi Alvin,

There are lots of reasons that you visa could be denied. Misinterpretation, lying on forms submitted, not having the requested or required documentation, criminal record...

Come on over to the Canada Forum and talk to a few Canadian/American couples that have been in the same boat.

It would be great if you could fill in your profile, let us know your status and timeline as well.

Here's the link to the Canada Forum:

I suggest you and your spouse learn the process and the best ways to assure success, rather than worrying about the negative. There's lots to learn here.

By the way, the US Embassy in Canada is in Ottawa, so you won't be dealing with any Embassy. It will be either the Vancouver or Montreal Consulate you deal with. As I recall, for a CR1 Montreal does them all.
