Has anyone called or e-mailed the Vermont Service Center Yet? I am still waiting for NOA1 I filed I-130 for my husband las year Sept2007 all I got is a receipt# which was unclearly xerox copied sent to me..I hope that VSC listen to us..I miss my husband so much..

:crying::angry: :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry:

reehon, i am sure because Jan and Feb filers are the earliest pending applications...you should look at the bright side, there have sprinkle of approvals from Feb recently and I am confident that they will have to turn things around soon for the US Citizens. Things must be winding down in terms of getting H1Bs and N-400's out of the way. The nat. applications approved now, probably won't be ready to vote for Nov election anymore, given that there is an interview and oath involved, which takes up to 3-4 months.

trust me, i am suffering everyday and trying to be patient. Meanwhile, I keep on spending $$$ for traveling and calling cards. It's even tougher for Anu who quit her job thinking that her approval is probably around the corner!

Biggest regret of my life: NOT filing K-1...who the hell would've known! She'd have been now.

I know, I regret that too. I'm right there with you. But I really really hope that VSc start approving cause i'm going through hell right now. Whats the point of getting married if you still feel single?

What does married mean? It means that staying with each other rather than apart. Stupid USCIS wont understand that!!!

I'm just pissed off and frustrated. Right now, i can tackle anyone. I don't know but i'm running out of patience now>>>>>>>

VSC people didn't know anything about emotional stress, I believe. Perhaps they don't believe that married couples should be together. :protest::ranting:

I promise to love you in good times and in bad, with all I have to give and all that I am, in the only way I know how -- completely and forever......

nothing after that..and I havent seen my wife in about 10 months almost a year, and its real frustrating for both of us..i'm thinking of going back to visit her around winter time.

Cant believe this is taking so long..

This was our biggest mistake to get married in our countries and then come back to the states and file them, we should've filed them before we went to get engaged or married.

I guess everyone learns from our mistakes.

Good luck everyone....I hope we all get updated from those f1ucking idiots over there.

Correct me if I am wrong anyone, but I they normally approve petition based on NOA1 date, not Sent date....... then again IF you filed at Vegas Service Center, anything goes!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i agree with you. i think all they do is sit at their desks , drink coffee, chitchat all day and when they feel like working on a petition, they just pull out whatever paper they feel like working on and then work on it. that explains why there have been petitions filed after ours that have been approved already. many of us are still waiting, they might as well be frank with us and tell us this isnt happening, not in a million years.
