hi! im new here! just wanna ask how do we apply for k3?? and what are the requirements??? thank u :star:

I assume that you are already married. If so, I would go for the CR-1 visa. Here is the link to compare the similarities and differences for married couples.

thank u so much! thats a big help! which is better? CR1 or k3? we've been married for more than a year and i would like for her to come and live with me when i come home to my homeland..
