My aunt has been in the US for almost 10 years. Her husband is a natural born american citizen. also, I am a nurse but I have not taken NCLEX or IELTS. what do you guys think? Thanks!

she cant. your aunt can only petition for her kids, mom, dad, brother/sister (not more than 21 i think) if that shes already a USC too. u better get a working visa and take the exam first.

This is known as H1B, and there are a set number available per year, check to see if your field is one that employers in the USA may look overseas to fill jobs. Nursing is one of the areas that H1B has been petitioned for.

Only other option is if you were to visit your aunt, and were to perhaps find a US Citizen that you fall for and marriage is a consideration, then a spousal or fiancee visa may be a consideration.

Only thing Aunt may provide is perhaps an I-134 to show how the visitor may be supported while in the USA, or perhaps a letter of invitation. Other than that, a visitor applies for their own visa by filing form DS-156 to the consulate.

Complete your nursing certifications. Employment Based Immigration is the route you should be pursuing. I know lots of foreign nurses (mostly from the Philippines) who had no family connection to the U.S. who were able to come here through an agency. They warned that there are a lot of liars and cheats who tell people they can get them a job in the U.S. but just take the nurses' money and dreams away. You need to talk to people in your country who have had family immigrate as nurses. Be careful.
