I also might add that Bayview is directly across from the Embassy. Ruchie stayed there and really liked it. I forget what the rates where, but it didn't matter. I just wanted her to be safe and close to where everything was. Good Luck to you!

My fiance stayed at EuroTel. 5 to 10 minute taxi ride to either SLEC or USEM.

Prices start around 1200 peso for nice room with Air Con / Cable / Hot Water / Etc.

I stayed a couple of day there myself. We got a bigger room when I went back for the interview, Cost was 1600 peso.

I suggest Cherry Blossom Hotel for ur medical coz its in the same street J.Bocobo.Standard room is 1,515php a night.

I stayed in Bayview Park Hotel for my interview and before my flight for the states. Since it is across from the USEmbassy, I didn't have to worry about waking up super early. I left the hotel close to 6 AM, an hour & a half before my appointment (7:30AM)
