Leejoy just went through her interview (K1) and everything went very smoothly. I am in the military(Army). My employment letter was from my supervisor. Be sure the letterhead is the Department of the Army. Once the interviewer realized that I was in the military. the interview was over and approved. I provided my LES's(paystubs) for 6 months, W2 for last 2 years and last 2 tax returns.

Hope everthing goes well and congratulations. You can PM me anytime if you need help or answers.

You can access his ERB through his AKO account. But I do not think this would be necessary as long as you have the employment letter. This will show that he is in the military.
