hi, i filed I-130 and 1-129F at different times, but they got approved at the same time. Now both the approved letters say they will sent it to NVC ( i think ).

So would my spouse in myanmar receive 2 interviews ? or what is going to happen next ?

if there are 2 interviews is it ok to not go to I129f interveiw and simply go to I130 and get that visa. Instead of Kvisa ????

please help me

thanks

you are correct.... while missing your K3 interview would not IMPACT your I130 interview... missing your I130 could jeopardise the entire case. I STILL advise you to call NVC or Consulate and "keep" delaying and rescheduling the interview for the K3 until you get the date to be for: AFTER your CR1/I-130 interview. Just to be on the safe side.

OR

you can try and convert your K3 interview to a CR1 interview... BUT to do that your case must be completed at the NVC before your K3 interview date and the consulate must be notified in advance and of course... agree to it. IT's been done before and it will continue to be done over and over again...

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

"Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

Welcome to the USA!!!
