Called my friends at DOS, Virginia (I think) was very nice and encouraging, but no love on the visa.

Hubby is 6'1" for me, he asked me not to wear heels any more. Said he has to look taller. Bye bye to some of my fav shoes, since I'd be 6'2" or so. Oh well......

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Glad I'm not the only one! What's the point when it's just me seeing and feeling them? Course, there comes a time when enough is enough.

Weekend will be cleaning, spending time with the man online and being lazy......

At least you have that. I used to have cats, but had to let them go. New recipes, love that! Favorite past time. Only problem is, I'm the only one here to eat them. Not helpful in the weight loss plight. Oh well.

Yeah, I noticed not a lot of men on VJ, mostly the women. I think that's because women are more apt to look for emotional support than men are. I'd invite my hubby to come on here, but he'd just piss everyone off.
