In November, I bought shampoo, thinking 'awwwwwww he will be using this bottle' ....well snap, that Pantene is ALL mine cuz he's not here to use it.

I know we all have different things we are waiting for, all the way from a NOA1 to citizenship and everything in between. But AP.........c'mon I'm losing my patientce and my hopes are sinking. This step has no timeframe, I think that is what is un-nerving me.

*waves at Lisa --You can start calling nvc soon, right?

He is being all chipper and supportive and I am sinking, lower. Thank you all for putting up with me.

That's gotta be awful. I think AP will be my greatest fear. What are they doing? Is it a background check? Does anybody know?

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Lisa, nvc will tell you it is been and gone faster than you can get thru! Really, it breezes thru nvc barely touching a desk with K3. I bet it leaves the states today or tommorrow. :)

When you get thru to nvc,,,ask the AMM number :)

I guess I will call today then. The embassy told me to ask for the AMM # :) I do love emailing the Amman embassy lol

I just want that case number so i can change Yazied's address.

I emailed NVC on friday to ask about the address change, but i guess they wont answer that

Thanks Jackie!

I went on USCIS to get our reciept numbers for calling NVC and both were just touched again today...assuming that means they were sent to NVC today?? hmm

anyway, i guess i'll call tomorrow since im at work now. why i can justify to myself, getting online at work... but not making long distance phone calls

why dont they have an 800# listed?!

Me too Jackie. :( I bought winter stuff for him too and he's coming in April so it'll be spring by then. Oh well..put it away for next winter.

You know what just occured to me...we're on "optional" time now. What I mean is...there's nothing from stopping us anymore. And yet we're "choosing" to be apart another 3 months. I'm trying so hard to be understanding. But it makes me bitchy. At least I know I can vent here. Because if I vent to my mom or something, she makes me feel guilty for feeling selfish. And I won't vent to him because I'm trying REALLY hard to be supportive
