mine is waiting on his spanish residancy... the plan is eventually we'll go there to live and he wants to show he once had residancy there....not sure if that'll help him or not but he feels pretty convicted about it. He was supposed to get it by today but alas the offices are closed and he's to come back on Friday!!! uuuugghhh then 2 to 3 weeks to visit family.... whomever said patience is a virtue didn't do the visa process thing.

I'm sitting still Jackie! I hate that they only schedule interviews the 2nd week of the month! I can't handle waiting to find out if we get to stick to the couch for a lil longer! Guess all we can do is take it a day at a time...

Rajaa--Please do be careful planning any trips to Palestine right now... I just got an IM from a friend with family in Gaza... It is really bad over there right now! Makes me wish we already had the interview under our belt and were only waiting on ap! Have a GREAT New Years Eve ladies! We'll catch up more during the new year!--Amy

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!
