Does she have her passport in her name and her father's name was it her given name? if so our Adul did the same put my father's name as my last name (my maiden name) and it wasn't a problem.

good luck on the beginning of your journey

Salam alaikom

my American name was listed with my father's last name no middle name then was finialized with my ARabic first name... my Arabic name is not my "legal" name nor is it on my passport or is my father's last name but my name can be traced back to my father via birth certificate. You certainly can attach a sheet stating the errors but our names can be traced back to our birth certificates our mother's maiden name and our father's name. I don't think you have much to worry they will know it's her. :star:

They did the same thing with ours. I think its common since they didnt ask my middle name on any gov documents only my fathers name. Our family book is the same way I think...

I dont think it will be a problem

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!
