well it is funny now but as the case comes near the end my DH (darling husband) is getting sweeter.... he is such a gooey man now reminds me when we first met lol.... i asked him "here is my husband.... where have you been" he said "protecting us even from us" whatever that means.

I'ved checked the dates on eveyone's case completes and they're running anywhere from 9 days to 2 weeks if no RFE...if 2 weeks than we will still make the cutoff.......

FYI, we have our 1 yr anniversary as an "interested couple" this month.. we were commited to eachother for a year married for almost 5 months now hehe

Nothing yet. I'm hoping he gets his packet 3 this week. Of course, he's not around today, if there is something in the mail.. He took a little excursion to Essaouira (maybe to compete with my week in Cancun )

Hey, Jackie, did the embassy ever email you back with an interview date, or did yout just find out through the packet 3?

fyi, my husband's k3 interview was booked for november in casa but we're going for the cr1 in spain....lol should i write an email to the casa consulate and let them know the different direction we're going???

I found out in an email about the date. He STILL has not gotten the packet they sent on Sept 24

that's disconcerting.... but it seems going through casa is a little scary these days.

also, i am totally ticking off the nvc operators. It's been a week now that they've reviewed my ds230 i call morning and night waiting to hear "case complete" and this morning an operator said "YOU KNOW MAAM WE WIIL NOT HAVE A DAILY STATUS FOR YOU" so what i am paying for you to answer my call witch!!

Why am feeling like a k3 loser? Cuz I am.

I am a uscis failure. I should not have done k3,,I should have stayed with the cr1 and just been apart a few months longer. I let my loneliness dictate my actions. So while everyone is getting ready for their CR1 interview.....I set my man up for K3 just so we could be together in Dec and not Feb or March. Selfish? Maybe. Do I regret it, yea.

But I could look at it another way. If there is a problem at the k3...I can always fire back up the CR1 and get an interview on that.

Don't regret it Jackie! Just know that everything happens for a reason. And being selfish to be with him sooner?? Pffttt.....I dont think that's selfish at ALL

Awww thx. I feel a little like I am letting him down by now having to do AOS and EAD when he could have come with a greencard.

And yes I am also a believer in things happening for a reason. We might need that second chance of the cr1, right?
