Morning all. MENA ladies that did the K3 how long did your I-129F stay at NVC? I got a case number for it this am, and I think they said it was received there Aug. 12th 2 days before my I-130, strange since I-129F was approved 2 days AFTER my I-130.. anyways, already cold sweats of AP at NVC and I know it happened to a couple of MENA ladies here.

Should I be worried? Im going to re-confirm the date with a operator since the NVC automatic phone system shows no record of the I-129F only the I-130 but I have case numbers for both. I breathed for a few days, not its all starting again, I hate this process. Please help!!!

I didnt add this in the PM cuzz I forgot .... The AP at NVC is random and 90-95% of the cases are for K1's. There were only 4 k3 cases that I have read about. So, try not to nut up

Our K3 sped thru NVC. In fact, by the time they confirmed it was there..it was gone and on it way to the embassy Good luck in the rest of the process!

Hey Jackie...I actually don't know of any professional translators unless I could locate one at the University here. Raad is getting his nursing certificate translated in Jordan... So I don't know of one. I could research it though if you need me too.

Inshallah those in Egypt that got put on AP will have an early Ramadan gift!

I can't wait until next week! Inshallah I hear good news on here every day of the week! Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday!

Awww...Beth I'm so sorry! How exactly do you know if you are in AP at NVC? Our case was at NVC like 2 months and it drove me nuts!!!! Inshallah things will work quickly in your favor.
