Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Lisa, she just posted in CR-1 Under We Need your Prays. AP ,but they kept his passport, a VERY good sign.

Prays being said for her, she is such a sweet person, I wish I could do something for her.

AP is just expected in Cairo from everything I have ever heard/read...

Im happy that she's done with this part and god willing they will have a short AP.

Ok.. We had our NOA1 in June.. What should I get prepared before NOA2 and packet 3? I like to be ready.. Also, I like to get the numbers and the addresses of doctors' clinics were I'll prob have my medical exam to ask a few questions... Can anyone help me with that? Any advice would be appreciated. (F)

ROC Timeline

8/1/12: ROC window opens
9/4/12: ROC packet sent
9/8/12: ROC packet delivered to VSC
9/12/12: Check cashed
9/14/12: NOA letter received (NOA dated 9/10/12)
9/20/12: Biometrics letter received (Bio appointment 10/15/12)
10/12/12: Early biometrics walk-in

4/27/13: RFE received

6/17/13: RFE response sent

7/1/13: ROC petition approved

7/5/13: GC received in the mail.

Hello Sweets, Im fine Lisa, very happy!! Starting to get house in order, UGH!!!! Lots of down sizing to do. Painting and wall papering the 4th bedroom for a office for Mo, he will love that!!!

How is everyone else today?

I am feeling homesick for Jordan today...yet again. Our tentative plan is that, as soon as Raad gets a job to start saving up some money to visit Jordan in Spring 2010. Hopefully I will get around the same amount back from tax refund as previous years and that will pay for a good chunk of our plane tickets...taking my little girl with us this time!!

Hey All! **Cheezy Smile and BIG OBNOXIOUS WAVE to all**

Talk about mood swings....earlier this week I had the major funks going on, but today....I am super happy because FINALLY the NVC received our case and assigned us a number. InshaAllah, in a day or so they will email us with the DS-3032 and the AOS fee.
