i have a question. my elder sister is married to an egyptian, they already did the one interview with the papers they needed but now she has came back home and is working to show support for him, but is lost as to what papers need to go next she knows he needs medical, translation of army papers and all that but she is asking if she has to send the same thing they gave the first time only adding the support document

im sorry i dont know anything about egypt or filing direct from the embassy there so i figured u girls would know.

You might be better off posting a new thread. There are quite a few DCF's with experience here in MENA, but I dont think any of them post on this thread.

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Heidi ho neighbors! Last night Waleed and I were pondering over the meaning of DHL repeating some steps when we were both looking at the tracking information. I told Waleed what I thought it meant and he wasn't satisfied so he finally called DHL and the guy told him that the Embassy has their own DHL inside and we should be getting our return package either today or tomorrow. Waleed thinks we're getting an RFE because he's sure something is missing or could go wrong and I said lets wait and see because we might be getting an interview letter. To be continued...

Hey guys just wanted to check in and say about 2 1/2 days now until hubby's interview. We need lots of prayers PLEASE. Hope everyone has a great day!

Bets, we cant wait till you post the good news. Many prays being said for you and him.

I hope inchallah it goes well!!!! I'm being impatient with the interview, hurry up already! 14 more days...

I'm having so many emotions right now. So this is what they call the rollar coaster ride weeks before the interview. Sheesh how must Besty be feeling with the interview days away?
