Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

We are getting closer to finishing packet 3 but now since the a/c broke and we had to cover fixing that and he had to pay for his medical check with all updated vaccines we have to wait until his next payday at the beginning of August to pay the interview fee and DHL fee otherwise we don't have money to cover food for the rest of the month.

His police certificate will expire Aug 10th but we can send the package by DHL the first week of August. Does anyone think this is going to be a problem or should we get a new police certificate just in case? He said it take 2 days to get the police certificate and cost around 6 L.E.

I'd get a new police cert to be safe Olivia. what if they dont accept it because its expired by the time the interview comes? I wouldnt chance something like that when its easily fixed.

Olivia, it's not worth taking a chance over six lousy pounds. Get another one if only because it will be less stressful not to have to worry about it.

:devil: It is a huge green stone in a gold setting and it looks like an old piece of costume jewlery!! Lol

Just kidding...I told you it wasn't gaudy...it is very pretty...silver setting with a clear stone, not huge, but very nice...I would definitely wear it...so don't worry!!! You will see it very soon!

Hello my MENA Ladies, well CSC signed 07/14/2009 for the 10 pound UPS express box of 2 1/2 years of evidence Any bets on how long it will take them just to open the box much less review the 3 ring filled notebook ????? Im giving it till end of July. I put in almost every email, chats, email logs, chat logs, phone bills since Sept. 2007 to present in there. Also life insurance polcies on each other, a original bank statement of our joint checking account. Plus proof of our interntions to marry in Fracne 2007, letter from the lady who translated our paperwork, emails from the U.S. embassy in Paris, and emails from the French consulate here in Houston, all helping us on docs for marriage there when we tried to marry.

What more could they ask for in a real relationship??????

AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! I am ready to pull my HAIR out! I will seriously have no hair by the time this is all over with!

The USCIS California Service Center now has the date of November 15, 2003 for processing for I-130! #######? I don't even know what that means? I am so aggrivated! I miss my best friend!

I usually don't say bad words but I think I have said every one I know in English AND Arabic! I wanna scream!!!! I hate this whole process!
