Kenza!!!!!! YEAH!!! So happy for you honey!! InshaAllah, Beth's up next!!!

Jackie it's stinks, but like Olivia said....any chance of a visit?? Hugs to hon!

CONGRATS KENZA!!!! I got news my MENA ladies, I got a phone call from USCIS Washington, DC this morning. They are looking into why my RFE has not been processed, its been 30 days since they emailed me, but the lady wanted to know when I sent it, I told her May 19 and CSC signed for it May 20th, that got her interest. She also asked what I sent, and asked me to send it all to her, I think maybe CSC lost my evidence ????? So I sent her 37 pages all of it!!!!. LOL

So maybe something this week on my case.

Hope all is well, Amanda nice to see you again Sweetie, and to Jackie, Lisa, 100% Al Ahly Fan love you all, and thank you for all your support.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

If I wanted to call DOS, as some of you suggested, and check on the status of Ahmed's visa, what exactly do I need to ask for? do I just explain that his visa was approved in Cairo, and I want to check the status of his final processing? Or am I asking if a visa has been issued? do I need to give them our I-129F case #? Anything else I should know? :)

Thanks!

ok, here's what I would do:

-screen print your emails(just the inbox and outbox screens) from then(or maybe just from the marriage) to present. This should keep the paperwork down but still show ongoing contact. 15-20 pages of daily emails should show about a years worth

-make copies of those envelopes from him (we did that too btw) and send them too

-send about 5-10 pages of chat logs using the same idea(just showing dates and screenprint it)

-send everything else you were going to send. (the joint accounts ect)

-Use Acco fasteners, the USCIS LOVES those and recomends them when sending large packets.

If they want proof.....give em proof!! :P

The other great thing about this beth, is that you are front loading the petition....all of this stuff should be forwarded to the consulate after approval :D that means the consul will have already seen all of this proof before they even interview him ;)

Hey Ladies...quick question.

Do any of you know if a social security card is automatically applied for after entering the US on a CR 1 visa. We went to the Social Security office to check for Raad's SS card and kind of got the run around...its not in the system, you need to check to see if they automatically apply for him...etc. I'm confused. I thought I read something about he should receive his green card & SS card in the mail within 21 working days...is that right???

Thanks ladies...hate to run, but today is my last vacation day before I have to go back to work!! :( I will hate to leave my habibi at home but at least I know he will be there when I get home!! :)

Amanda,

there is an option on one of the DS forms(sorry cant remember cuzz we didnt do CR1)that asks if you want to apply for a SS card at that time. He should have marked it and then yes, it should show up in the mail in a matter of weeks.

I dreaded going back to work after my time off with Y, but youre right..you know that when you come home, hes there!

where's Beth? are you off nutting up somewhere? calm down woman...focus! j/k i love you let us know what youre putting in the final package :D

I printed every chat log I could find on all 3 of our email address.

I printed out every Email log from all 3 of our email address.

I printed out several chats, and blackened out the juciy part.

I printed out very early emails to and from each other, plus middle ones, and some from last month.

I have about 2 years of phone bills.

What else ladies, did I forget anything.??? Im sending this Monday, want the weekend to make sure its perfect.

Truly happy!!!
