I couldn't hold off any longer....called NVC just now to see if they scheduled the interview...not yet...darn it!! :crying:

My case is complete also in 4/8/2009 and my husband visa interview is 5/20/09 at 9am keep calling because I called today and the operator told me all visa interview is the second week of every month after the case is complete, so you case is already complete, just in case be prepare for May :thumbs: Good luck to you Amanda

Wow...Zarqa...I hope you are right. Your case was completed yesterday and your husband is going to Amman as well....so maybe I will have the good luck of getting our interview scheduled for May too!!! Inshallah!!! I just tried calling NVC, but its busy...as usual. I will keep trying. Pray for me everyone!!!

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.
