It has been almost 2-1/2 months and i still show no touches, can the I129f be approved, witout being touched? Everyone says dont worry about it but i would like to see something....anything(as long as not bad) I see many fellow VJers and they show touches with papers being filed a lot later than ours. maybe i am just worried too much

we filled on the first on may with california too. we have had only two touches. the first was on the 4th of may, i'm guessing that was when the check cleared, then they must of put it in a box. the second was on the 4th of july and low and behold a couple of days later we get a letter from them about the name situation my fiance called them about, none since, so i'm guessing they dont touch unless necersarry. i wouldn't pannick. we filed before you but the same month, and looking at others who are being approved we have a little longer to wait yet, maybe sept might be our month. why not join us in the csc may filer thread and take you mind off, it helps to talk with others in the same boat.

Hey... I see that you filed in May at CSC. Currently, CSC is beginning to process March petitions- and most (not everyone) people dont see touches or anything until they are close to being approved. Give it time... ours was just approved, it took 4 months. But before that, no touches. So... 2.5 into the process you shouldn't be expecting much.

Hope that helps!
